This card was first released in English as a Full Art XY Black Star Promotional card, with artwork by kawayoo, available in the Mythical Pokémon Collection—Darkrai released May 1, 2016. In Japan, this print was later included along with a Regular print, featuring artwork by Ken Sugimori, in the Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection. The Regular print was later released in English as an XY Black Star Promo within the Volcanion Mythical Collection on January 11, 2017.
