This card was included in the Majestic Dawn expansion with artwork by Naoyo Kimura, first released as one of the Japanese PPP Promotional cards. A promotional print with a gold foil snowflake stamp was one of 24 cards released in the Pokémon Countdown Calendar in October 2008. It was reprinted as a Non Holofoil in the Japanese Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack in April 2009.
