Carny
Carny (Japanese: マスキさん Muski-san) is a character of the day who appeared in Cream of the Croagunk Crop!.
Carny is the station chief in Pastoria City. He served as a judge of the Croagunk Festival held in the Great Marsh, alongside Crasher Wake and Nurse Joy. He was most likely chosen as a judge because he has a keen eye for Croagunk and can tell the differences between each of the Croagunk participants. He showed a particular interest in Brock's Croagunk and Meowth, who was disguised as a Croagunk.
