The Blastoise Drop Event (Japanese: カメックスドロップイベント Kamex Drop Event) is a drop event in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.

Event information

The Blastoise Drop Event ran from January 1 to 15, 2025. It featured a set of four battles, ranging in difficulty from Beginner to Expert, for players to challenge. Players could obtain cards from the Promo-A series by receiving Promo Pack A Series Vol. 3, a possible reward for winning battles, which were more likely to be rewarded at higher difficulties. Each pack contained one of five potential cards:

  Snivy (Promo-A 27)
• 
  Volcarona (Promo-A 28)
• 
  Blastoise (Promo-A 29)
• 
  Eevee (Promo-A 30)
• 
  Cinccino (Promo-A 31)

Getting an additional copy of a card the player already owned also awarded Shinedust: 10 Shinedust for packs containing Snivy, Eevee, or Cinccino; 100 Shinedust for packs containing Volcarona; and 210 Shinedust for packs containing Blastoise.

Event battles

The following battle rules were in effect for all battles:

• Rule 1: Maximum of 50 turns
• Rule 2: 3 points to win
• Rule 3: No time limit per turn
