Effect

Generation V

Causes binding moves used by the holder to inflict binding that deals damage equal to 1/8 (rather than 1/16) of the target's maximum HP at the end of each turn.

Generation VI onward

Causes binding moves used by the holder to inflict binding that deals damage equal to 1/6 (rather than 1/8) of the target's maximum HP at the end of each turn.
