This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SVP Black Star Promo card available in the Temporal Forces Single Pack Blisters from March 22, 2024. In Japan, this card was one of seven SV-P Promotional cards available in Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 2, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so from April 14, 2023.^[1] This card features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
