Arena's Approach (Japanese: 戦場への道 Path to the Battlefield) is an area located in the western region of the Alabaster Icelands of Hisui. It is located south of Icepeak Arena, north of Avalanche Slopes and Icebound Falls, and northwest of Bonechill Wastes.
Geography
Arena's Approach consists of a forested area amidst a path that cuts through the surface, at a slightly lower elevation. Unlike in the Avalanche Slopes, which the lower path feeds into, the foliage is more lush here. The path also extends to the east into Bonechill Wastes. In front of the entrance to the Icepeak Cavern in the neighboring Bonechill Wastes, the land begins to slope upward toward the Icepeak Arena. The slope makes a zig-zag pattern at the bottom, then slowly curves around the southern base of the arena.

Special encounters
During Request 86: "Gone Astray...in the Icelands", the player must defend Zeke from an alpha Glalie, which they have the option of catching.
