• Smogon shut down the social forum for the day and made the bogus announcement that Finchinator (the leader of the OU tier) would be retiring.

• The background music for the Pokémon Center and other locations was changed to play music from Pokémon Red and Green.^[1]

Aesthetic changes

• The Bulbagarden forums were changed to be lightbulb-themed.
