Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move that has the quick move effect tag, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by one. The skill can range from "Quick Move": Sync CD ↓ 1 to "Quick Move": Sync CD ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of reducing the sync move countdown. "Quick Move": Sync CD ↓ 9 will always lower the sync move countdown. Currently, only "Quick Move": Sync CD ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
