Hey, It's That Guy!: Sir John and Frank Andrews are Prince John and Will Scarlet; Colonel Mountford is Bruce Baldwin.
What Could Have Been: The original idea for the movie was to keep things much more mysterious, implying that Larry's transformation was all in his head and never showing him clearly as the Wolf Man. But studio heads wanted felt that you couldn't have a monster movie without a monster, so they made him into a visible werewolf. This might have been for the best, as the werewolf transformation scenes are amazing.

Hey, It's That Guy!: So let me get this straight: Jack Rafferty is a werewolf, is the son of Hannibal Lecter, falls in love with Queen Victoria, and gets chased around by Agent Smith? Dear Lord...
