Oliver Twist/Awesome
- Charley Bates, while not someone one would expect to be particularly honorable given he was a member of Fagin's gang, he shows true moral courage towards the end where he not only calls out Sikes for murdering Nancy, he even forces Sikes associates in crime to abandon Sikes. Made all the more impressive is he does this knowing Sikes would have no problems killing him on the spot (which Sikes certainly attempts) and he still is willing to trade his life to see Nancy's murder avenged before the law. He ends the story a free man in honest trade, the best off of all his former criminal associates
