    • House, really, you don't get paid more for every one of us you get taken to the hospital, via alcohol poisoning or not.
  • Take a shot every time you see an overhead pan shot of Princeton Plainsboro's exterior.
  • Take a shot every time House commits a crime
  • Take a shot every time a character is a deadpan snarker
    • This one's a killer
  • Take a shot every time a character obviously lies/ is revealed to have been lying
  • Take a shot every time House has an epiphany to cure the patient
    • Down your drink if a character other than House has the epiphany
  • Take a shot every time House fires someone
  • Take a shot every time House takes a Vicodin
  • Take a shot every time the team's treatment of a patient makes them worse
  • Take a shot if the patient suffers from a really, really disgusting symptom
  • Take a shot if the patient's liver starts to fail
    • Double shot if it's their kidneys
