- Complete Monster: The Darkness may or may not qualify, it seems to be as much an Eldritch Abomination as anything, but Nightmare Moon definitely qualifies. Especially after she rips out what little innocence she has and becomes a mere mask for the Darkness.
- Just Here For Nyx: Thanks to the authors' later My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Fanfic Past Sins. The two stories are Alternate Continuities, sharing the common element of Nyx but otherwise being completely unrelated to each other.
